Discover the taste and flavours of our Italian restaurant.
Maximum attention is paid to the kitchenstarting with breakfast, which is served buffet-style, with a rich selection of cakes and jams prepared by our master pastry chefs.
For both lunch and dinner, the restaurant, which is also open to the public, offers dishes prepared with quality ingredients, in which the flavours of the Aosta Valley and the great Italian tradition are the protagonists.
You can be seated in one of the three available rooms.
To accompany the dishes, an important wine list - with a particular focus on Valle d'Aosta and Piedmont, but also with many prestigious labels from the rest of Italy and France - and a selection of craft beers. If you are late to join us during the restaurant's opening hours, with a simple phone call we will prepare a light and tasty meal that you can enjoy in your room, or in one of the available dining rooms.
On the first floor, the Alegra Kamin Bar awaits you, with a TV room that can also be used for playing cards or as a meeting room with internet access for about 25 people.
